1. Custom Engravings and Intellectual Property

By submitting text, characters, or messages (collectively, "Custom Content") for engraving on our products, you represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and authorizations to use such Custom Content. You agree that your Custom Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, or privacy rights of any third party. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing Custom Content that we, in our sole discretion, deem offensive, illegal, or infringing. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless True Bound Jewelry and its owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or relating to your Custom Content.

2. Product Safety and Medical Disclaimer

Our products are constructed using a stainless steel core and metallic plating. While we strive to provide accurate material descriptions and hypoallergenic options, trace elements of other metals may be present. True Bound Jewelry is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or medical conditions resulting from the wear or use of our products. Customers with known metal sensitivities purchase and wear our jewelry at their own risk. Furthermore, our jewelry contains small parts that may present a choking hazard and is not intended for use by children under the age of 12.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall True Bound Jewelry or its owner be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products. In any event, our total liability to you for any damages, losses, or causes of action shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by you for the specific product in question.
